Family Reunion

Alright, alright! I'm finally here! Who has a 1/2 hour to figure out how this works?? I skimmed through and tah-dah here I am. I am all for scheduling a family gathering a year in advance. Travis and I currently have NO plans for the summer of 2010 except adjusting to being in our 30's (Eeeek!) I vote Colorado as well! Stacie - I got the kids' pictures in the mail yesterday! Love them!! They are on my desk as we speak. You need to post them on here for everyone to see!!

Hello...I know this conversation has already been started, but I thought I'd throw it out there in a more central location. Anyone have ideas for the next big (maybe non-wedding centered?) get together? Summer 2010 in CO sound good to anyone? We should plan something, before our calendars fill up! =)

GO SPARTANS!!! Hello Tarheels!

1. Go to the blog page (you're already there!)
2. Look at the upper right part of the screen and click on sign in.
3. Sign in with your email address ("username") and password.
4. The next screen is your "Dashboard." Click on "new post."
5. Type your text in the box. If you scroll over the icons in the tool bar across the top, you'll see options for "bold," "italics," "add image," etc. You can dress it up!
6. To add an image, click on the "add image" icon.
7. From the next screen, click on "browse..." and find the image you want to upload (put in your post--just like adding a picture to an email!) Add more if you like. Then click on the "UPLOAD IMAGE" box. Another window comes up that says your image/es have been added.
8. Click the "DONE" box. Add any more text that you like and/or edit the post until you are satisfied. Then click the "PUBLISH POST" box.
9. Finally, you can click the "View Blog" box to see your post in the blog. If you're not satisfied, you can delete it, or edit it again. HAVE FUN!

It's very cool, and we are very proud of what she has accomplished...on the track and in the classroom. She will be graduating from Ross Business School May 1.

Well, call me CRAZY, but this is what I did yesterday! We were told a big snow was coming in today and we've had such NICE, WARM weather lately. I was itchy to be able to walk around the WHOLE house when I do my little "isn't it nice out" breaks. If I hadn't done it and we got 12" of snow, it'd be another month before I'd probably be able to do it. If we DID get 12" of snow, it'd still be walkable and easy enough to clear again. SO, I hand NO choice. The weather was great and it was a challenge! YES, those banks are up to 4 feet tall!

Oh, and we got about 3" (inches!) of snow, the sky is grey and it's snowing very lightly.... don't think we're gonna get a foot!

Stacie, I just sent you another "invite" to be an author..... I'm not sure exactly what the note looks like or what it asks you, but there must be someway for you to "accept." When you do, as Alison, Marc and Rexanne have, your email address shows up in the area for settings. When I see that, I'll accept you as an author and then you're good to go! In the meantime, I took the liberty of copying your comment and posted it here with this one. MRH, oh so sweet! AM

To add a comment, "Just under the comment box where it says, "Comment As" click on the drop down box and go down to the "Name/URL" option. When you click on that, you'll be able to type in your name. If you have a website, you'd fill that in for the URL, but if you don't, just leave it blank and fill in your name."

..... if it doesn't work the first time, hit the "post comment" button again....

Very cool Aunt Marie!! You are so much more of a techie then I am. Just a breif update on me. I disslocated my shoulder about two weeks ago and am waiting for my MRI scan and then I will know what the next step is. I do not recommend doing this as it was REALLY REALLY painful! Other than that things are good. Giles is staring his season soon, so fingers crossed! I cannot wait to hear from all of youon our new toy! Love and miss you all!Katelyn
